At home and at work there are countless instances when I stretch or twist: Reaching for items across or under the desk, twisting around when car-parking, and when rising out of a low chair. The benefits of increased flexibility also extend to my ordinary walking. I now take a longer and smoother stride, noticing increased suppleness in the rotation of my pelvis and hips.
